LOTS WITH RESERVE:

The majority of lots listed for sale will not have a reserve listed on the item. However, if a reserve is listed we make sure that the reserve is a fair and realistic price based on the market value. Please note that Frameworth has the right to remove the reserve at any time if the bidding gets close enough to their reserve price. If a bid is placed below the reserve and the reserve is lifted the high bidder will be awarded the item.

Frameworth Gift Cards or Coupon Codes WILL NOT be accepted.

Winners will receive their winning invoice within 24-48 business hours of the auction ending. Users will be responsible to login and pay their invoices. If payment issues occur, please email auctions@frameworth.com for assistance. Payment must be made within 48 hours after recieving the invoice. Any orders that are unpaid at this time may be cancelled at Frameworth's discretion. If necessary, Frameworth also reserves the right to charge a non-refundable 15% restockoring fee to the customer’s credit card in the event that a winning bid is cancelled or payment fails.

SHIPPING:
Once payment is received items will typically be shipped within 10-14 business days. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs. The estimated shipping cost of standard sized items (pucks & photos) is $15-20 but the actual shipping cost may vary depending on the size of the item and shipping location. The shipping costs for frames & canvases will be calculated once we have the final bidders location. We will do our best to combine shipping on orders with multiple lots won, but we cannot guarantee that bids which close at different times can be combined in the shipping process. There may be additional shipping charges based on size, weight, amount of items won and cost of the product won. Customer pickup is also an option if you live locally. However, pickups can only be accommodated with advanced notice. If you are bidding and plan on picking up, please contact auctions@frameworth.com and inform a representative. Customers must allow 4-6 business days to prepare a winning order for pickup. While we will do our best to accommodate, Frameworth reserves the right to disallow pickups at any time. Our pickup location is 1198 Caledonia Rd, Toronto, ON. If you live out of the province or country and plan on picking the order up from us you must pay 13% HST on the order.

AUCTION CLOSING:
All lots will remain open 10 minutes past the scheduled closing time without a bid being placed on any item in the auction.

10-Minute Rule:
The 10 minute rule means that starting at 10:00 PM, EST on the last day of the auction, the auction will close at 10:00 PM, EST as long as no bids are placed on any auction item within a 10 minute span. If no bids are placed during that 10 minute span of time on any auction items, the entire auction will close.
If however a bid is placed within that time span on any auction item, the entire auction will stay open for another 10 minutes. This process will stay in effect until no bids are placed within a 10 minute time span on any auction item.
To bid on a lot after 10:00 PM EST you must have placed a bid on that lot prior to 10:00 PM, EST. Thus, if you are the only bidder on a lot at 10:00 PM, EST on the auction closing date you will be declared the winner. No retractions of bids are permitted.

Please note: If you are the ONLY bidder on a lot at 10PM then the lot will close and you will win that item, only lots with multiple bids enter into extended bidding. The clock will continue to run on these lots but bidding cannot take place.

CANCELLING BIDS / FAILURE TO PAY

Please note that all bids placed enter the user in a binding contract with Frameworth which requires commitment to payment for the item in the event that said bid is the highest value upon the stated close of the auction. Bids which are placed may not be cancelled at any time. Failure to provide payment for a winning bid in full within five days of the auction’s close may result in the user receiving a permanent ban from Frameworth’s auction platform. Frameworth also reserves the right to charge a non-refundable 15% restocking fee to the customer’s credit card in the event that a winning bid is cancelled. Continued abuse of Frameworth’s bidding process may result in legal action being taken against the user or users involved.
