The Pittsburgh Penguins would go on to beat The Leafs with a 4 -1 win during this regular season game. Using this stick, Crosby scored his tenth of 44-goals scored in the 2016-17 season in which he led the NHL in goals scored. Crosby finished this season with a total of 89 points. Crosby would finish the game with one goal and one assist and six shots on goal earning two points using this stick. During the 2017 Centennial Season for the NHL, Crosby was named to the “Top 100 Greatest Players of the Century”.
