Sidney Crosby is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who serves as captain of the Pittsburgh Penguins of the National Hockey League (NHL). After an exceptional minor and junior career, Crosby was one of the most highly regarded draft picks in hockey history, leading many to refer to the 2005 Draft Lottery as the "Sidney Crosby Sweepstakes”. Nicknamed "The Next One" and "Sid the Kid", he was selected first overall by the Penguins. This image is a close up of him in what you could say as "game face". The image has been filtered to look like a painting and printed on professional canvas which has been stretched and mounted to the back of a 3/4" deep wooden stretch bar.
