This autographed jersey is an exact game model of the jersey worn by Sidney Crosby during his gold medal run in the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games. The maple leaf, which is prominently featured on the jersey, contains intricate designs and symbols which reflect Canadian culture and history. The miniature maple leaves represent the gold medals won by Canada’s men’s, women’s and sledge hockey teams. It is a little known fact that the actual jerseys worn by the team had a Hockey Canada logo patch stitched on the inside of the jersey behind the maple leaf.
