It’s finally time for you to MEET Sidney Crosby!
For the first time in our company’s history, Frameworth is auctioning off a once in a lifetime opportunity to meet Canada’s Captain Sidney Crosby! That’s right: the winner of this auction will have an opportunity to travel to Pittsburgh to witness a gameday practice, have a private meet and greet with Crosby, receive a Penguins jersey signed by the Captain which he’ll inscribe for you in-person, then attend that night’s hockey game. It’s a dream come true for any Penguins fan! The meet and greet will take place towards the end of November or December at a mutually agreeable time. Please note: No personal items can be signed during the meet and greet.
The winning bidder is responsible for all travel and accommodations. These are not included in this package. The winner of this auction will receive a Meet and Greet Experience package which consists of:
• Two passes to attend a gameday practice*
• In-person Meet and Greet with Sidney Crosby**
• Two Tickets to a Pittsburgh Penguins hockey game in Pittsburgh ***
• One signed Sidney Crosby jersey which Sidney will inscribe for you at the meet and greet****
*The team may opt not to have a practice on the day of the game. In the event that this happens, gameday practice will not be included in the package. **Only TWO people may attend the meet and greet (the winning bidder, and one other person). ***Date of hockey game to be tentatively planned for late November or December pending a discussion of a mutually agreeable day between Sidney Crosby and the Winning Bidder. ****Inscription limited to 3 words
Terms and Conditions:
• No personal items can be signed at the meet and greet. Only the signed jersey provided may be inscribed.
• Payment for the Meet and Greet Experience package is due upon closing of the auction. Failure to remit payment in a timely manner may result in the cancellation of the winning bid.
• If a mutually agreeable date for the signing can’t be determined within a timeline and manner deemed reasonable by Frameworth, the meet and greet opportunity may be cancelled and the payment remitted for the winning bid will be refunded to the winning bidder.
• Frameworth reserves the right to cancel the meet and greet for any reason deemed necessary, including but not limited to: scheduling issues, Force Majeure, and confidential incompatibilities. In these events, where no fault is owing to the Winning Bidder, a refund in full for only the Final Bid amount will be issued. No additional costs (including but not limited to travel, lodging, and accommodations) will be refunded or compensated.
• Under no circumstance (including the cancellation of the meet and greet) will any party other than the Winning Bidder (including but not limited to: Frameworth, the Pittsburgh Penguins, Sidney Crosby) be responsible for the payment for, refund of, or any compensation whatsoever for travel, lodging, transportation, or any additional costs associated with the meet and greet.
• The placement of a winning bid constitutes the bidder’s contractual commitment to the Meet and Greet Experience package. Barring a reasonable inability to determine a mutually agreeable date for the Meet and Greet, no cancellations by the winning bidder will be allowed. Cancellations initiated by the winning bidder will not warrant a refund for the payment remitted in the amount of the Winning Bid.
• During the course of the Meet and Greet (including but not limited to any activities before and after such as travel to the venues, attendance of practice, and attendance of the hockey game) Any behaviour deemed by Frameworth or any other party to be excessive or unreasonable may, at Frameworth’s sole discretion, result in the immediate cancellation of the full Meet and Greet package without refund.
• The Winning Bidder agrees to comply with discretionary and behavioral requirements including, but not limited to: non-disclosure of the locations of private meet and greets, and behaving in a manner deemed reasonable by Frameworth and its representatives.
