This official 2013 NHL Draft Puck has been hand signed and inscribed "1st Pick" by Nathan MacKinnon himself. MacKinnon began his NHL career when he was drafted first overall in the 2013 NHL Draft by Colorado. On October 2nd 2013, MacKinnon made his NHL debut with the Avalanche becoming the youngest player in franchise history at just 18. He would pick up two assists that led to a 6-1 victory over the Anaheim Ducks. At the end of his rookie season, he finished with 39 assists and 24 goals, for a total of 63 points, the most for a rookie in that season. In that season, MacKinnon was awarded the Calder Trophy as the league's top rookie, becoming the youngest player to win the award. Since his season debut MacKinnon helped lead the Colorado Avalanche back to the Stanley Cup playoffs in the 2017-2018 season. This puck is officially licensed by the NHL and NHLPA. A hologram and certificate of authenticity are both included to ensure the legitimacy of the signature. Frameworth is an official autograph partner of Nathan MacKinnon.
