This Kevin Bieksa Vancouver Canucks 2014 Heritage Classic Reebok jersey comes game-used by the Alternate Captain. The 2014 NHL Heritage Classic was an outdoor regular season NHL game held indoor, part of the Heritage Classic series of outdoor NHL ice hockey games in Canada. It took place on March 2, 2014, in BC Place in Vancouver, with the Ottawa Senators facing off against the home team Canucks. The Senators defeated the Canucks 4-2. The jersey comes with a Vancouver Canucks patch as well as a Heritage Classic patch on the jersey which has been game-used by Kevin Bieksa himself. Officially licensed by the NHL & NHLPA, the jersey also includes a NHLPA Certificate of Authenticity.
Cardiac Kids is a volunteer group established in 2000 to raise much needed funds for children who are suffering from congenital heart disease. All money directly benefits the children and staff of the cardiology ward at The Hospital for Sick Children.
Cardiac Kids has two main areas of focus: to support activities that improve the emotional, mental and physical well-being of children with heart disease, as well as to support patient care by sponsoring educational and professional development for pediatric cardiology nurses.
