This frame comes personally signed by Maple Leafs’ star, John Tavares. Leafs fans will never forget the 2018 offseason when Tavares officially signed as a free agent with The Toronto Maple Leafs after spending 9 years with the New York Islanders. John grew up in the Greater Toronto Area and was a huge fan of the Leafs. In storybook fashion on October 3rd, 2018, John scored in the first game of the season which was also his first game as a member of the Leafs organization and also the first game at the newly branded Scotiabank Arena. A truly memorable moment in the start of a new era of Toronto Maple Leafs hockey. This photo was taken during an overtime win against the Buffalo Sabres on December 4th, 2018. Tavares finished the game with an assist and 5 shots on goal. Tavares received a pass from Marner in front of the net, but could not maintain control, then with a no-look pass to the slot that found Jake Gardiners stick to score with 9.6s left in the second.
