This black and green CCM Ribcor Reckoner stick was personally used by Sidney Crosby on the road against the New York Rangers at Madison Square Garden on March 31st, 2017. This stick comes with a yellow date label of “March 31, 2017”. The top of the shaft has a Pittsburgh Penguins label with “3/31/2017 @ NY RANGERS”. The shaft also has CROSBY 87 and the flex of 100. This stick is wrapped in black tape on the stick blade and wrapped in white tape on the shaft with the number 87 written in black marker. During a scoreless first period, the Penguins started the second with a power play and took advantage. Crosby set up Jake Guentzel for his 12th goal of the season. Later in the period, Crosby banked a goal in off of King Henrik’s back, tallying his 43rd goal on the season and giving the Penguins a 2-0 lead. By the end of the third period the game was tied and after a back and forth overtime, it would need to be decided in a shootout. The Penguins came out on top after Crosby went back-hand, five hole to score the game winner on Lundqvist.

Extended Bidding / ‘10 Minute Rule’: All Frameworth Auction items are subject to the possibility of extended bidding to avoid "Auction Sniping". We implement the '10 minute rule' in every auction. This means that starting at 8:00pmEST when the auction is set to close, the auction will only close as long as no bids are placed on the item within a 10 minute span. If however a bid is placed within that time span, the item will stay open for bidding for another 10 minutes. This process will stay in effect until no bids are placed within a 10 minute time period. To be eligible to bid on an item after 8:00pmEST (the designated closing time for the auction) you must have placed a bid on that item prior to 8:00pmEST. Thus, if you are the only bidder on an item at 8:00pmEST on the auction closing date, you will be declared the winner and there is no extended bidding process. Retractions of bids are not permitted under any circumstance.
