This pair of CCM Pro black and gold hockey gloves were worn by Sidney Crosby over the course of his career with the Pittsburgh Penguins. This set of gloves does not have a specific date associated with them. The CCM logo is stitched on the gloves in light grey with a gold letter lining. On both the right and left handed glove, “PENGUINS” and “87” stitched on the cuff. Drafted 1st overall in the 2005 entry draft, Crosby is widely considered one of the greatest hockey players of all time. To date Crosby has scored a total of 417 goals and 713 assists; and counting. On February 16th, 2017 Crosby scored his 1,000th NHL point, making him the 12th fastest player to reach that milestone and only the 86th player to do so. In his career, Crosby has earned a total of 1130 points so far many of those points earned wearing this pair of gloves. Extended Bidding / ‘10 Minute Rule’: All Frameworth Auction items are subject to the possibility of extended bidding to avoid "Auction Sniping". We implement the '10 minute rule' in every auction. This means that starting at 8:00pmEST when the auction is set to close, the auction will only close as long as no bids are placed on the item within a 10 minute span. If however a bid is placed within that time span, the item will stay open for bidding for another 10 minutes. This process will stay in effect until no bids are placed within a 10 minute time period. To be eligible to bid on an item after 8:00pmEST (the designated closing time for the auction) you must have placed a bid on that item prior to 8:00pmEST. Thus, if you are the only bidder on an item at 8:00pmEST on the auction closing date, you will be declared the winner and there is no extended bidding process. Retractions of bids are not permitted under any circumstance.
