This framed canvas was personally autographed by New York Islanders 4th overall pick in 1974, Clark Gillies. Gillies spent 14 years in the NHL, winning 4 Stanley Cups in a row from 1980-83. Gillies was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2002. In 958 games, Clark Gillies totalled 319 goals, 378 assists, and 1023 PIM. This Canvas shows the first time Clark Gillies was able to raise the cup with the Islanders, the start of a four year repeat as Stanley Cup champions. The image has been printed on to high quality art canvas and is professionally stretched and mounted on the back of a 3/4" deep wooden frame. A Frameworth hologram and certificate of authenticity are included to ensure the legitimacy of the signature. Frameworth is an official licensee of the NHL & NHLPA. Frame Size: 22x31".
Extended Bidding / 10-Minute Rule: The 10 minute rule means that starting at 9:00 PM, EST on the last day of the auction, the auction will close at 9:00 PM, EST as long as no bids are placed on any auction item within a 10 minute span. If no bids are placed during that 10 minute span of time on any auction items, the entire auction will close. If however a bid is placed within that time span on any auction item, the entire auction will stay open for another 10 minutes. This process will stay in effect until no bids are placed within a 10 minute time span on any auction item. To bid on a lot after 9:00 PM EST you must have placed a bid on that lot prior to 9:00 PM, EST. Thus, if you are the only bidder on a lot at 9:00 PM, EST on the auction closing date you will be declared the winner. No retractions of bids are permitted. Please note: If you are the ONLY bidder on a lot at 9PM then the lot will close and you will win that item, only lots with multiple bids enter into extended bidding. The clock will continue to run on these lots but bidding cannot take place.
